Group Series
Our Group Coaching Series comprises of 4 to 8 participants and spans 6 weeks. Establish individual wellness goals and KPIs while focusing on practices for better self-care and team-care in support of career development, productivity, health and happiness.
An introductory session emphasizes the significance of multidimensional health and guides participants to set personalized wellness visions. Follow-up sessions explore 5 key topics, revealing their health benefits, impact on work-life balance, and practical solutions for enhancing self-care rituals.
